BATTERIES, especially Lithium Ion batteries, are FIRE HAZARDS to landfills. DO NOT throw them in the garbage! Instead, make sure to dispose of them properly at our collection center at the North Central Iowa Regional Solid Waste Agency!

All of our locations will be closed from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for an all-staff safety meeting.
This includes the Landfill, Recycling Center, and Household Hazardous Materials facility.
