Our Agency serves Webster, Hamilton & Humboldt Counties, serving 39 communities.
The North Central IA Regional Solid Waste Agency became a 28E agency in 1992.

Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm
Hazardous Materials:
Tuesday-Friday from 8:00am-2:00pm
Landfill:
Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm
& Saturday from 7:30am-Noon
